Power of Awareness

One of the most important characteristics in everybody is awareness for themselves and others. Awareness is extremely important, because it always us to make adjustments and adapt to changes in our environment or our own actions. Also, change is one aspect of being a human that is guaranteed. Whether it is negative and pulling us away from our goals or Positive driving us towards our goals, change is something that will always be apart of our lives.
Knowing that awareness is extremely important, what is the best way to act once we notice some change in our lives that is pulling us away from our goals?
I believe the best way to make a positive change in our lives is by making small consistent changes.
For example, if you want to lose weight and build lean muscle, start by removing one unhealthy food item from your fridge or pantry a day. This might seem like a small step but it is changing your environment positively, and a healthy positive environment leads to a healthy positive people.
So lets focus on being aware of ourselves and our environments so that we can make positive and healthy changes, So we can live Positive and Healthy Lives!
