Habit Stacking

A great audiobook I have had the opportunity to listen to is, Atomic Habits. One idea that I found interesting is habit stacking. It is basically putting one habit you need to do with a habit that you already do. For example, if I want to start keeping track of my weight every day I can do so by stacking this habit with brushing my teeth a habit I already do everyday. Another example is, drinking more water. I can say that everyday I check my phone's notifications I will drink some water. You can see that stacking habits that you want to do with habits that you already do is a great way of creating these habits.
