Who Are You?

The sweetest word any man or woman can hear is their name. The power of a name can not be understated or under estimated. With a name comes an identity which literally is who a person is.

Who we think we are becomes who we are.

If our identity is based on a healthy and positive persona, that is who we are and will continue to be. If we identify with a negative and lazy persona, that is who we are and will continue to be.

So let our identity be one that is POSITIVE, HEALTHY, and GROWING so that We BECOME a POSITIVE, HEALTHY, and GROWING person.

What we believe ourselves to be, will focus our energy towards that belief and will subconsciously form our lives.
